Message from the President,
Kenji L. Jackson

Welcome to Tenacious, Talented & Capable (TTC)

It is both an honor and a privilege to welcome you to our brotherhood.

Since our founding in 1991 at Morgan State University, TTC has remained committed to one mission: uplifting our communities while developing men of purpose, integrity, and impact. For more than three decades, we have stood firm in our dedication to service, growth, and leadership across the nation.

At the heart of who we are are our four pillars—Community Service, Mentorship, Brotherhood, and Entrepreneurship. These principles guide our work, shape our culture, and define the legacy we continue to build every day.

We believe that real change begins with individuals who are willing to serve selflessly, lead boldly, and invest in the next generation. Through our efforts, we strive not only to meet the needs of today, but to prepare the roots of tomorrow for lasting success.

As President, I am proud to stand alongside a group of men who embody our standard: “Excellence Without Excuses.”

Whether you are here to learn more, partner with us, or support our mission, we welcome you to join us in making a meaningful difference.

Together, we are building stronger communities—and a stronger future.

Fraternally,
Kenji Jackson
President, Tenacious Talented & Capable (TTC)

OUR STANDARD

“Excellence Without Excuses.”

This principle drives everything we do—from how we serve, to how we lead, to how we show up in our communities.

OUR PILLARS
Tenacious, Talented & Capable (TTC) is grounded in four core pillars: Community Service, Mentorship, Brotherhood, and Entrepreneurship. These pillars shape who we are and guide how we show up in the world, with community always at the center of our mission.

Through community service, we remain committed to uplifting and supporting the communities we serve. Through mentorship, we invest in the growth and development of the next generation. Through brotherhood, we cultivate strong relationships rooted in accountability, respect, and shared purpose. Through entrepreneurship, we encourage innovation, economic empowerment, and long-term sustainability.

Together, these pillars reflect our dedication to creating meaningful impact and building stronger, more connected communities.
